As a Deputy Chief People Officer, I support and advise the CPO to oversee the operations of the HR organization and the implementation of the HR strategy across EVS, by making sure the operations of the HR run smoothly and we can deliver HR strategic projects on time, on quality, and on budget.

I'm also in charge of transversal projects, most important of them being the definition and implementation of EVS' Sustainability Strategy (ESG).
