Are you a vendor with a genuine commitment to sustainability? We’re inviting select companies to participate in the MTSS Sustainability Tour at this year’s IBC Show in Amsterdam — a guided walkaround experience spotlighting meaningful ESG initiatives on the show floor.

Each tour is curated and guided by industry sustainability advocates, offering a unique opportunity for attendees to see real action in practice — not greenwashing. If your organisation is actively working to improve its environmental or social impact, we’d love to hear from you.

What's Involved:

Curated 2-hour guided tour featuring a maximum of 8 vendors
Each stop includes a 10-minute presentation/demo by a designated company representative
You’ll need to prepare a short and engaging presentation — this can be a product demo, booth display, mini-talk, or a few well-chosen slides
Tours are designed to be conversational, practical, and impactful — not sales pitches
Our guide will introduce your sustainability efforts and hand over to your speaker with a shared microphone setup

Cost & Criteria:

Participation is £500 per vendor, which helps cover logistics, technology, and promotional support.
Please note: To maintain the integrity of the tour, all participating vendors will be vetted to ensure they demonstrate genuine sustainability initiatives — not just green claims. If you’ve worked with MTSS previously or have a direct referral, that will help with consideration.
